What I collect
When you enquire, I receive the name, email address, telephone number and project notes you choose to send me. Nothing more. There is no account to create and no newsletter list.
Why I hold it
Solely to reply to you, arrange a survey and, if we proceed, run the commission. Your details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Measurement
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. Those figures are aggregated and are not used to identify you.
How long, and your choices
Enquiries are kept while a commission is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record purposes. You may ask me to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to leon@apexdesigns.co.za.
