The pages here describe completed work and the way I prefer to work. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer of sale, and nothing on the site forms a contract.
Quotes and commissions
Every kitchen is priced after a survey of the room. A written quotation holds for thirty days and is subject to material availability and final drawings signed by you. Deposits, stage payments and lead times are set out in that quotation, which governs the commission.
Drawings and photographs
Drawings, specifications and photographs remain the intellectual property of Apex Designs. They may not be copied, reissued to another maker, or used to tender the same kitchen elsewhere. I may photograph completed work for this site unless you ask me not to.
Hardware and materials
Blum hardware carries the manufacturer's own guarantee. Timber, veneer and stone are natural materials, so grain, tone and figure will vary from any sample shown. Cabinetry and installation are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for two years from handover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions are welcome at leon@apexdesigns.co.za.
